After all summer creeps up on us and I need to get my body into shape for a bikini (LOL). Using my Lauren Conrad Beauty book, which you can find either online or in most book stores, I have learned some tips on how to stay healthy and look healthy.
I've never realized how much vitamins could do for us and where we can get the vitamins. I'm going to share the vitamins I am taking and what foods you can find the vitamins in.
