Whose ready for the Spring season?? There's spring cleaning and new spring wardrobe! But what I am going to focus on most this Spring will be myself and my health. After all summer creeps up on us and I need to get my body into shape for a bikini (LOL). Using my Lauren Conrad Beauty book, which you can find either online or in most book stores, I have learned some tips on how to stay healthy and look healthy.

I've never realized how much vitamins could do for us and where we can get the vitamins. I'm going to share the vitamins I am taking and what foods you can find the vitamins in.

LOS ANGELES

For all of you who keep up with instagram (@fashionempress) I've been insanely busy having a good time in LOS ANGELES and at the Grammys. I have always loved New York City and the east coast, but my heart was stolen by the west coast- LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Pasadena etc. My mother and I got to travel across the US to support my talented uncle who was up for his second Grammy nomination for Best Historical Album. Unfortunately he lost, but I still had a wonderful experience exploring LA and getting to be at the Grammy awards ceremony. Of course I have pictures, and I tried to be on point with my looks and styles. So here you go!

This is the dress that I wore to the Grammys. The photo was taken on the red carpet, it was such a wonderful experience. My dress is a chiffon from J.Crew. I wore a pale but pretty wedge from Steve Madden. The clutch I am carrying is my mother's Hobo clutch. My nails and toes were both painted in Channel's Pirate red, my lips are also the Channels Pirate red (a very hot color right now).

My good friend and I hanging out in Old Pasadena. I liked the shopping (for a teenager) better in Pasadena than in Beverly Hills, even though the Saks Fifth Avenue in the Hills is to die for. But there are plenty of shops in old Pasadena that quenched my fashion thirst. The top I am wearing in this picture is a Yoko T-Shirt I bought from ZARA. The shoes are tall black boots are from the Steve Madden store.

Mom and I took a day to explore outside of Pasadena (which was where we were staying) and LA. We ventured out to Ojai, Ventura, and drove along the coast to Malibu. Here in this picture we made a stop on the Pacific Coast highway. It was very cold outside but we had to get a snapshot. I am wearing an emerald green dress from J.Crew, a gray cardigan with the sleeves pushed up, a pair of circle tortoise shell sunglasses from UO and navy knock off Keds from target. A comfortable but cute outfit for the day.

We took a trip over to Beverly Hills and Hollywood one day. We checked out the Wax museum, The Hollywood stars sidewalk and Rodeo Drive. This outfit is a little more hipster but very fun to wear, what I like about is I mixed a lot of colors but somehow still made since and came together. I am wearing a button up high low blouse, blue and white stripped from ZARA, high-wasted boyfriend shorts from J.Crew, dark chocolate brown tights, kind of a dark or wet sand colored socks and black ankle boots from Target. This outfit is fun to wear, especially when you are planning on looking cute but doing a lot of walking.

It was a wonderful trip and I will remember it forever.
