You know those days when things aren’t going your way? Maybe
your late to school, to work, your coffee wasn’t good, or maybe the weather isn’t
very pretty? Here are some ways to help you make your day brighter and better!
Retail therapy is always the best kind of therapy. Clothes,
shoes, accessories always make a girl feel good and beautiful. Don’t feel
guilty. If you’re having a bad day and you need a new look its okay to do a
mini-splurge on yourself. If you can’t hit the mall or the boutiques, I like to
online shop or online browse. Going to your favorite stores websites can be
fun, I like to create wish lists or pull pictures from the stores and save them
and create a “Wish List Look Book”.

Beauty YOU days or evenings are also a good way to relax from stress and get away from a bad day. Go out and get your nails and toes done! However, I don’t enjoy going to the nail salon (only for special occasions). I enjoy doing my own nails; it makes time go by faster for me. Bubble baths or relaxing baths with your favorite bath salts are always a good way to unwind from a long rough day. After your calming bath give yourself a facial or do an olive oil hair mask. Beauty nights are always fun and relaxing and give you a happy feeling.
So turn your frown upside down. Sometimes on those bad days
you just need to do something for yourself.
